Yes. All of our new items come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. All used items come with a 6 month warranty.

If you find an issue with your item during the warranty period please let us know by contacting us via email or phone.

When returning items via post, we ask that the customer pays for return postage, of which we advise signature on arrival. The cost of postage (if the item is deemed faulty) will then be re-imbursed with the refund.

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, you will receive an email notification once your item has been packaged and given to Royal Mail.

We are committed to providing the same level of service through our website that we do in our stores. We will always offer the option to place an order online and collect it from any of our 6 shops. We will email you as soon as we have your order ready and will notify you if there is any delay in transferring the stock to your selected destination.

Please bring suitable identification with you when you come to collect. A third party cannot collect your order on your behalf unless by prior agreement.

All prints up to 12×8 can be printed same day for collection in store. Larger prints and photo gifts, are only available in selected shops and you will need to confirm before ordering if the same days service is available in your preferred location. Please see each shops contact details below.
